  • Received promotion from Associate Director to Director as result of work completed within Ford as a strategic leader.

  • Managed design team of five, helping to improve careers with three promotions.

  • Led UX and delivered Ford’s first end-to-end commerce platform allowing for order and delivery for the Mustang Mach-e focusing on key user concerns: securing their current vehicle trade-in value virtually and exploring finance options for their new vehicle.

  • Established a UX practice embedded in Ford GDI&A while supporting multiple data products in fleet management, LLMs, and insurance products.

  • Directed high level concept and feasibly of new data products for the emerging FordPro organization to support C-Suite’s exploration of new data products for fleet customers.

  • Directed the end-to-end design for Potty with Pull-Ups, exceeding key performance targets in downloads, cost per acquisition, retention, and app story rating (4.7/5). Oversaw strategic story writing, script and animation development in partnership Vault and Disney Jr. App maintains a 

  • Led digital design strategy for the U.S. Navy’s Strike Group recruiting experience, blending experiential and digital. Defined design language across touchpoint, led creation of interactive touch tabletop on humanitarian missions, and wrote, designed, and produced a four person submarine game illustrating naval life.

  • Led product strategy and design for central hub for MacMillan Achieve, defining core experience that unified multiple tools and planning, similar to how Google Drive united Docs, Sheets, and Slides

  • Cast product vision across teams, partnering directly with development and product leads to align user needs and business objectives.

  • Directed and mentored a team of designers within Openfield who supported the product, giving feedback, managing workload, and scoping.

  • Collaborated with senior design leadership within Macmillan to establish scalable design patterns, interaction frameworks, research methods, and product management tools across the full product ecosystem

Mobile Designer | The Kroger, Co.

September 2015 - December 2016

  • Led mobile design for a new store concept position to challenge Whole Foods, translating in-store experience principles to a modern ecosystem. 

  • Led and executed UX and accessibility overhaul of Krogers Pharmacy app, enduring HIPAA compliance and expanding script management capabilities of care givers.

  • Contributed to Kroger’s early e-commerce expansion supporting mobile UX initiatives for ClickList (now Kroger PickUp)

  • Led cross collaboration for early exploration of LLM based features into customer facing digital experiences.
